Very good

Lovely room with gorgeous view. Close to nice beach and elephant camp. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Helpful staff and good value for money.

A bit hot in the room, as the windows won´t open wide.

What I expected...except for the live music next door.

Rented a small cottage. Very small, equipped well enough, a typical countryside basic Thai bungalow. It's what I wanted, what I expected.

The problem with this place is the live music next door. If you want to get to sleep before midnight, good luck...particularly if you have a room down near the main road.

very nice place to stay

location , close to beach and many shops nice staff quite good value for money

noisy air con. cannot lower the speed. had to stop it during the night. lightings in room very simple, not reading lamp for example.

Passable

Didn't like loud music from local bar till 2 am .. Couldn't sleep so not a good location for early birds...dont think I will stop there again.. Also didn't have a fridge in room

Very good

Helpful and friendly staff. The resort itself is well looked after and kept in good order. Very close to shops, pharmacist, bars, restaurants, bakery, laundrette , coffee shops and other places. Close to beach, a short walk from the Resort.

A good budget choice while on Koh Chang

Great location and the property was very well maintained ed. Basic rooms but exactly what we needed.

Would have been nice to have a safe in the room and screens on the bathroom window (for mosquitoes) Bed was very firm and not super comfortable.

we had a lovely beach holiday with our children and were made to feel very welcome by all the staff.

proximity to beach and restaurants, family oriented warm welcome.

motorbike rental from shop next door very bad service, rude and greedy shop keeper. looking to make extra money from honest people

worth about 350- 500 bht a night, needs a bar/restaurant

nice clean property, good location , and overall nice place

tv didn’t work and was never going to be fixed although we asked!!!.

Not perfect, not amazing but do not regret giving it a try!

That it was cheap and near many restaurants. Additionally, you have free tea and coffee during your stay. I jave also enjoyed the massage place in front of it!

The bed was not very comfortable. The reception was between 10 to 6 and, although you could contact them by phone, I found it a little annoying. The walls of the bungalow are things I could hear the phone conversation of the french guy sleeping in the bungalow next to mine.

Good location, room was clean and in good condition.

Reception closes at 6pm which could be an inconvenience for some.

lovely pretty bungalow on a very well kept site.

Really good location with a lovely bakery over the road, good massage, interesting beach and if you like, elephants nearby. comfortable bed, clean towels and a safe.

Nothing to not like really. sweetener for tea instead of sugar would be nice and stronger aircon.

Best place to stay in Ko Chang

Great location a few minutes walk to the beach. Very spacious and comfortable. Helpful staff . Great value for money!

Exceptional

Good internet and a Smart TV ! Very close to everything at Kai Bae ! Nice and clean place !

Superb

Everything else was great!

For the price everything was perfect, just the location was bad. We had our room next to the elephants and you could see and hear those poor animals, which have to carry tourists on their back, all the time.
