The service - its excellent. Everyone was very polite and friendly. The food is nice, the location cannot be better. We are returning for second time, will be coming again for sure

Hotel was super clean and overall everything like service and breakfast was amazing

Room was big enough and clean, bathroom was ok, but ventilation not adequate. Mattress was very good, pillows ok. Parking space included.
Breakfast was bad 😞. Fried eggs were actually deep fried, omelette was burnt, ingredients were very cheap (strawberry jam was expired) and it also took some 20 minutes to get breakfast for 2.

Good breakfast and comfortable rooms.
Location is ideal and beautiful on the slopes.
For a 4 star hotel, you should not be paying for coffee and tea used in the room.
There is no place to leave shoes and items when changing into ski gear.
No apa amenities as they were out of order.
