Great staff, wonderful location, reasonable rate

Location was Excellent!!!Along lungomare and in front of beach. The staff was first class, breakfast with Patrizia and Enrica, Gaetana kept our room clean and full of towels, and if we needed any guidance Nella and Luca helped us at front desk. Highly Recommend!!!

Great location Friendly helpful staff Very clean lovely upgraded room with seaview

Breakfast room and food...not inkeeping with the rest of the hotel. Very loud music till 3am on our first night Sat 21 Sept from beach club opposite.

Terrific staff and location!

The staff was excellent so was our room! We loved the location as it was close to several beaches

The only thing was that there was a disco that happened outside a couple of times that was a bit noisy.

The staff were amazing. Luca and everyone on the reception were helpful and welcoming.

The position. We were directly across the road from the fabulous beach. I had a Seaview room which looked straight at the sea.

had a very good stay :)

the staff is super friendly and go out of their way to help you with any requests. The hotel is situated in the best part of Marina di Ragusa where you can find anything you need close by.

Geatana really deserves to be mentioned. Rooms were always spic and span and she was very helpful

fabulous location, great sea views with generous balcony...relax...!

beautiful location..bang opposite lovely sandy beach - lovely light and fresh smelling room. The hot tub was fun but it would help to have some instructions for those of us unused to such exciting procedures!

plenty of cafes/restaurants around but we suffered from a)remnants of Covid effect...hotel restaurant looked good but not open for breakfast nor evening meal when we were there b) despite being mid Feb it was gorgeous weather - the town was packed and it was veritable nightmare trying to negotiate busy streets and quite difficult to find nearby place to park.

No kettle in the room, although there were coffee, tea bags etc. had to take my own Shower in bathroom not practical with the shower curtain in the bath sticking to you while having a shower.
