Very handy for the beach. Comfortable beds and furniture. Good parking facilities.

The bed was comfortable , the room was very clean , and there is a decent size car park.
The address said it is in Poole, when in fact its further from Poole than i had hoped. the hotel is located in a quiet location, with a pub close by. Unfortunately the food there was not great. It states that breakfast is included , but its only a continental style breakfast, and we were hoping for a full breakfast as we had a long journey the next day.

Location is very good !
No fans at all which is very uncomfortable with this summer being so hot.
