Fresh hotel, it was clean, good room service food and I liked the breakfast.

We ordered a 20 sqaremeter room but it felt like 10, it cant possible be 20. It's the smallest room ive been in. You heard everything from the other rooms, our neighbours tv all night for example. The staff wasn't rude but wasn't especially nice, they didn't really care about you if you didn't want to spend extra money :) not my favorite area I like sultanahmet more (calmer). According to me :) overpriced.

I stayed for two nights, when arrived 02:00 Am I found the receptionist waiting for me, check-in was very quick. Break fast was very good. Although the room was too small, it was clean. The Location was excellent, since it was near the Grand bazar, also in walking distance from Ajia Sofiya Mosque, and blue mosque. There are few good restaurants nearby. I recommend for short stay in Istanbul.

Room size was small. The cafe in the Lobby was close. There was no Gym in the hotel.

-rooms way smaller than in the photos / description -the spa/sauna/pool are very, very small -slightly poor breakfast

The hotel staff was really good, always helpful, polite and kind. They changed my room at once i asked as i didn't like the 1st one offered.

It's very noisy. Hotel has very thin walls. You can hear your neighbors: what they're talking about, when they're watching TV, if someone has check-in after midnight you just terribly wake up  from their noise. Some ppl were trying to get into my room during the night. I hope accidentially. I woke up in the middle of night beause of it. In the morning the staff usually cleans up the bedrooms. I was unlucky to have the room nearby the cleaning stand. It's very irritating to wake up every morning from the noise goes from corridor nearby your room. Internet connection It has a really poor internet service. While i have been working, it's reconnected every 15 minutes, i had to log in each time again. Breaksfast till 10:30 The breakfast was not bad, but im not that much into it. However, every morning it was very crowded, hotel has a very tiny space for the breakfast. I could hadly find a spot to eat there. Just at 10:30 the staff turned off the light in the breakfast room, even if you have not finished your meal. Idk whether it was done on the purpose but from clients perspective it doesn't look nice. Probably the extension of the breakfast time till 11.00 might be a solution. Smell Unfortunately you can smell the ciggaretes in the common rooms/corridors. Clean up Every day the staff cleaned up my room and changed the towels. However, the painting on the walls, floor covering looks very duty. The replacement /light refurbisment is needed.
