Marriott Suites Pune

Very professional and polite staff. Had done a booking for a 2 bedroom apartment for a birthday surprise for my sister. On requesting, the manager Mrinmoyee/ Mimi helped us out by setting up the room with cake and personalised decorations before we entered. That was lovely. It showed the care and left us feeling special. Even were greeted and helped with check in/ out quickly by Fatima. The breakfast buffet was worth it. All our queries were attended to. The restaurant also had very helpful staff. Also they play some really nice music in the background at all times. My child also had fun at the kids play area and the pool. Was a pleasant stay.

Just that the taxes on food can be on the higher side.

None

It was an excellent property, all rooms were of the highest quality. Too good of an experience

Nothing

Location of the property is very helpful. Good food at the Resturant.

The property furniture and carpets are very old and need replacing. A full renovation is needed for the apartments. All carpets should be removed and air condition vents need cleaning. Bathroom and kitchen area is ok. The sofas and dinning chairs are in very poor condition.
