Very friendly staff and nice service
Their restaurant also has wonderfully made homemade dishes at great prices

I liked everything about the property. The room was just as they described it. Small clean, simple oceanfront. They did not have a TV, but that didn’t bother me because I was there to relax. I found it very peaceful. I would stay again.

The staff felt like family, warm, welcoming, and always greeting you with a smile. It has that genuine family-business feel, and on top of that, the place is clean with a beautiful beachfront setting

The staff, the location in front of a beautiful beach. The staff were incredibly helpful. And everything was super clean. Breakfast was also quite good.

The location is quite good, right on Nea Chora Beach, although the beach is very crowded.
One positive aspect is the secure parking. Although it is located 500 meters from the hotel, it is a great advantage given how difficult it is to find parking in Chania.
Another positive aspect is the à la carte restaurant. The dishes are tasty, the portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable.
The breakfast is rather limited — every day there was an omelette and boiled eggs.
The reception staff are not welcoming or particularly empathetic.
It is very difficult to get by car to the hotel entrance to drop off your luggage. All the surrounding streets are one-way or have restricted access, and only one allows access during certain hours. Unfortunately, the reception staff do not bother to provide this information when you make your reservation.
