La ubicación es lo mejor. Bien céntrico. La atención del personal excelente.
No funcionaba el ascensor. El baño si bien es limpio es bastante viejo. La grifería muy antigua. Las almohadas muy duras, fue apoyar la cabeza sobre una piedra.

The view from my room was outstanding. The staff were each and all most helpful; at all times, I felt truly welcomed there. The breakfast was perfect, with a good variety. The location can't be beat. The bed was especially comfortable. I have already booked my next stay there, in a few weeks. The on-site parking was much appreciated.

The staff was very helpful. The room had good space. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were many restaurants within a short walking distance and there was a restaurant in the hotel. The WIFI service in the restaurant was excellent. The included breakfast had a large selection and was very good.

This hotel has a great location for visiting Parque Nacional Los Alerces. The neighborhood was quiet and there are many restaurants and shops in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and patient with my Spanish. I liked the retro feel of the building's design. I was happy we could park on the property. Room was very clean.
The pillows were pretty hard.

Place was fine for an overnight. North facing room on a hot day with only a fan was quite warm. Otherwise standard budget and dated hotel.
Hotel is quite dated. Fine for a quick stay but nothing more.

Person at the desk needed 1 hour for a simple checkout and couldnt tell us about walking in the area. Hotel is under construction but no noise in the room.
