Beachfront beds difficult to find and no help at all

The hotel has a beautiful and large garden, with lots of plants and flowers, running path. I liked the food in the restaurant, the choice was amazing and the food quality was really high. The beach was ok, but the swimming area felt a little limited and sand was grey and dusty. The room was clean and neat.

It took a long and quite expensive drive to get from the airport to the hotel. Upon my arrival the front desk staff was not too attentive and friendly as I would expect. I was given a room in a far corner of the large compound: I had to cross the road and walk long to get to my room, as well as walk back to the restaurant or get any drinks and beach, so it felt a bit discouraging. Sound isolation between the rooms is not great.

Everything

The resort, with its many palm trees, was the best part of it. The sea might not satisfy everyone, but it was perfectly fine for us. The pool was also a sufficient size. The rooms were cleaned properly. The entertainment team did a really good job with the daily activities and evening shows. We also enjoyed the additional restaurants offering various cuisines throughout the resort.

The service was relatively poor, starting from the reception and extending to the understaffed restaurants. The staff seemed genuinely unhappy, and there was a noticeable lack of connection between the staff and the guests. The personal touch was missing. The variety of food was satisfying; however, the same cannot be said about the quality. It was okay, but certainly not outstanding. The main restaurant also need some modernization, as the furniture and overall design feel quite dated. The service efficiency was quite low, with barely any table service, such as drinks or other basic amenities. There was also hardly a place to get a proper coffee. There was Lavazza available at the main bar, but even that was not up to par. Not to mention the poor internet service. Overall, this was the least satisfying experience we’ve had so far among the all-inclusive hotels we’ve stayed at.
