Hotel Suites Villasol

I have been staying at Villasol for years Great Staff with Karen & ger team Best breakfast Great wifi

Pool area and availability to food and drink Staff very accommodating and friendly Appreciated the discount and upgrade Shuttle to beach was good

Two pools? Not really One pool divided Thought beach club was included. Not advised until after booking

The pool was great & the staff were very friendly .

Bed a little firm, the Resturant menu was a bit limited. No fridge to keep water cool. Location was a bit noisy. Not in main town which was good but about 15-20 mins walk to the beach. If taken the right direction out the hotel it would have been a more relaxing time. About 10-20 mins drive to the the other beaches.

The staff were exceptionally nice! They were very accommodating and kind. The check in area is clean and pleasant. Breakfast was good (for a charge). Liked that we could check out towels for the beach.

The room that we stayed in was not great - dingy, small, felt unclean. The ceiling was peeling in the shower, the door knob to the bathroom was loose, the floors looked dirty, one faucet didn't work in the sink, etc. When we explained this, they were able to move us to a different room the following night which was cleaner and nicer, but still clearly very worn. In contrast, our friends stayed in a newly remodeled 2 bedroom and it looked amazing - new floors, very clean, much more comfortable - a much nicer room and experience for them. The pool looks nice on the website - it is just "okay." Very basic rectangular pool in the middle of the courtyard.
