Very helpful receptionist and really nice breakfast! Location is amazing as it is close to AFRODITA spa building (the entrance fee is 28 euros for 2 hours but it is so worth it ! ) as well as train/ bus station. Easy going city to look around on foot. A supermarket close by is very convenient if you want to pick something to nibble on. Overall, a very pleasant stay for us !
You need to time yourself right to check in as the receptionist has specific time when she is around. (it is written on the door/ website too). In case she is not there, luckily, there are a couple of restaurants to wait in.
We wanted to go to Čičmany village and needed to find out the bus times ourselves. It would be nice if there was a bus table printed for the guests to use. (check out cp.sk )

Close by the Aphrodite spa, plenty of spaces to park, nice staff and very good breakfast.
The place feels a bit outdated. Walls are made of paper, so you hear everything, what your neighbours are up to.
