A well equipped apartment, in an excellent location. 7 min walk to the old town and harbour, easy walk to Mogren beach. Key pick up straight forward from the reception. The manager and housekeeping were great. I would definitely book again!
I can't think of any negatives.

The best location, right next to the old town and many restaurants, cafes, shops, promenade, mini markets, taxi stand, etc. Cleaning daily. Host staff was very nice and flexible with Check Out, letting us stay longer for a small fee. Air conditioning available in the living room and in one of the rooms. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
Only minor down sides was the bathroom floor that got a little too wet and the minibar that wasn’t functioning properly. But besides that everything was perfect.

The building is new, excellent rooms, elevator. Location is super convenient, close to town, restaurants and beach. Indoor garage for a car
It was hard to find the place. Google Maps do not bring you to the right location. Would be helpful if the host provides detailed direction. Even after we called and they sent us a link, we still could not get there. We wound up walking, because the street has stairs that you can walk but not drive. After we found a place and noticed that hotel Avila just next door, we used it to put in GPS
