We had an amazing stay at this family run hotel. The staff were incredible friendly, welcoming and always available to help. Our room was clean and comfortable and the location is perfect, right in the heart of rhe old town. Overall a wonderful experience with great hospitality and excellent value for money. We would happily stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. What really stood out was the personal welcome. Rather than simply showing us to our room, the owner took the time to explain everything about the hotel and the surrounding area. We were also given a helpful leaflet with lots of useful information and recommendations, which made exploring the area even easier. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The mattresses were brand new and exceptionally comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was also excellent, as it had been recently renovated and was modern, clean, and very well kept. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and other attractions just a short walk away. As a minor downside, being in such a central location means there can be some noise from the surrounding streets in the evening, but this did not significantly affect our stay. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The bathroom was too small and it was impossible to have a shower without having the ground wet I think it's better to change the garbage bag every day because it's not possible to flush the toilet paper The door of the bathroom was very hard and noisy to close

The size of the pool, and how close it was to the strip

It’s not for a group of friends who want to have a good time and on a party type holiday. They have a list and I mean a whole list of rules that your not aware off until u arrive. And trust me they keep track of you and what rules you break which is very discomforting. The pool also has wayyyy too much chlorine in which doesn’t make the pool experience very enjoyable either!
