The property was very clean and well appointed, and the host is well organized and responsive to questions. Staying near the shops, restaurants, and grocery store in the Redstone area was a huge benefit during the traffic and congestion of holiday week. Our family of four enjoyed our stay.

The home looked just like, if not better than, the pictures - it was well supplied and the communication was easy! The location is excellent! It was easy to make it home for a week.
Our only complaint was that the unit is on the ground floor and the upstairs neighbors were very loud (especially early in the morning).

We had a wonderful time. Everything was great. Joanne was amazing to work with. Our condo was nice. Location was the best. Recommendations for restaurants was spot on. It was quiet. Always felt safe. We were right in the heart of everything. If you love to cook like I do, you will appreciate the great kitchen. We will be going back. Joanne, thanks for everything. We travel a lot and use VRBO often. This stay rated up at the top. Don’t pass this one up.

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was very well stocked and a nice place to stay in Park City. The location is very convenient to everything.

This condo was the perfect home base for a girls trip. As long time friends and former Park City residents we knew the location was perfect for biking, hiking, and enjoyed its proximity to dining. We loved being close to Main St. But being out of town traffic. Our morning walk for coffee then a stroll past the Swaner Preserve to bid good morning to the sandhill cranes was the best.
The unit was comfortable and very well appointed. Joanne was a lovely and attentive host, going above and beyond to make our vacation experience memorable.

The kitchen is outfitted to perfection, the beds and linens are extremely comfortable, and then there are the little things like robes for guests, boot warmers in the garage, and cozy throw blankets. The location is perfect for families with a plethora of restaurants within walking distance, several groceries stores within a 5 minute drive and just all around convenience. Joanne is a wonderful host and is extremely responsive and helpful. I really can’t say enough about this condo - highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay from the time we walked in the door. It was exceptionally clean with more amenities than I've ever seen in a VRBO rental. We were able to walk to lunch and dinner several times. There are several nice restaurants and pubs less than a block away. The owner was very easy to deal with. We had no problems during our stay. Certainly would stay here again.

This was a beautiful condo located right in the heart of Redstone. Close to shopping, grocery stores. and a variety of restaurants yet beautiful biking and walking trails right outside your door. We stayed in the condo for three months and found it well supplied with everything we needed. The condo was immaculate. The owner was excellent and readily available if we had any questions!!!!

This rental had all the necessities and then some. Beautiful rental. Close to shopping and restaurants. Host provides a detailed book answering all the questions about the rental and even provides restaurant recommendations. Host really thought of everything.

Beautiful condo and fantastic location
Location, location, location! We have stayed in many different condos in Park City over the last 25 years and this is right at the top. First, the location is stellar if you have kids. We loved being able to walk to restaurants in Redstone and there are so many great choices. So nice not to have to pile into a car when you have kids and after you been on the mountain all day. Second, the condo is ground floor which we loved and has a great garage space to pull the car into - the boot warmers in the garage were fabulous! Third, the condo is outfitted beautifully with super soft/comfortable linens, very comfortable mattresses, and everything you would need if you like to cook and eat in. Plus, it was immaculate. Lastly, Joanne was wonderful to work with and it's clear she really pays attention to details in order to make sure her guests have an enjoyable stay. Absolutely fantastic condo!

This is a great place for two people or two couples to stage ski or hike/bike vacation. The property is located in the middle of a shopping area, with walking access to many shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The ski areas are conveniently a very short drive away.

Condo was very clean and well stocked. The fireplace was awesome - ski all day and flip the switch when you get home and enjoy a very cozy living room. Walking distance to everything you need from restaurants to shopping. Joanne was excellent communicator - condo exactly as described.

The host was very communicative and gave detailed instructions and directions about our stay. It was an amazing location near many amenities and restaurants, and less than an hour's drive to all major mountains. The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed! We really loved our stay!

Very Nice Condo in Park City - Well Appointed Kitchen
This is a nice quiet condo just behind the shopping center in Kimball Junction. Just a few minutes from Park City resorts or Woodward. Really easy access to a wide range of restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean. Although I didn't have the opportunity to use it much, I was impressed with the kitchen including new dishes, pans and cooking utensils. I would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't have been better
Ski trip with long time friend. Everything about the condo was better than expected. We chose a condo over a hotel so that we could isolate a bit better. We ate meals in the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable, and the beds and bathrooms were very nice. The location was perfect for getting to the slopes or picking up groceries or take-out. The directions and check-in were seamless. Everything was better than described. I can't think of one thing that didn't surpass our expectations.

Great lovely home. High quality tools/supplies in kitchen. Amenities well thought out. Great stay. Would return in the future again.
Only issue which is not property owner's fault is hot water system not working properly during our time of stay.

Cozy Weekend Getaway
Had a great time with a few friends for a cozy winter birthday celebration. Everything was clean and warm for our arrival. There plenty of things to do nearby for an adventurous trip, or the place is also set up comfortably for a relaxing time to stay in.
