Nice hotel with an underground parking (but there is a fee for it). We didn't stay long so cannot say much about the rest.

Although slightly further from the station, it was still within walking distance. Convenient and accessible to restaurants and convenience stores. The bed was comfortable and the living space was wide.
The price doesn't reflect the expectation. It is a rather old building. The toilet is small compared to hotels that offer this pricing. The entrance is very grand, but didn't pay for the meal so the review is leaned towards the stay only.

Good location. Staff didnt speak much english but were still very friendly and helpful. Quite a big room for japan. Clean, comfortable.

the location is great close to the station with a couple of mins walk.. the view from the hotel is also great with the mountains and the city especially in the winter.. the morning breakfast is also quite delicious and the variety is nice with lots of local delicacies as well as western food.
the washroom does have a weird smell, maybe coz of old building.
I hoped they had provided moisturizer in the amenities which is quite common in Japanese hotels these days.. also there is no usb charger near the bed, a minor inconvenience..

I requested a nice view for our bedroom and my friends bedroom and it accommodate our request.

parking was so expensive for only being in the lot for 12 hrs.

Beds are okay and it's close to the station
The property isn't that well kept and is old fashioned so no cables near the bed. and there's a weird smell when you enter the building. Staff asked to copy my personal details (say no if this happens it's a privacy violation. They can check it but not copy) carpet looked pretty dirty and wallpaper was peeling a bit too.
