Black Swan Hostel Barcelona

Comfort, privacy, social area.

Nothing.

Lo staff, specialmente la gentilezza, cordialità e professionalità di Ahlem. la vicinanza al centro.

Nulla

Had a good time and stay, all staff was so friendly and welcoming, specially Ali, who helps a lot to people to get connected with each other. There was free dinner every day creating a friendly environment in the kitchen.

Toilet cabinets were too small but they don’t have much they can do about that I guess. Sometimes there was strong smell in the hallways.

Location

Air conditioning at full flast during the night when the outdoor temperature was 17 degrees Celsius Kitchen has only very old pots and pans Room floors are not cleaned There are only male 4 toilets for everyone. The toilets cubicles are tiny, the door is very close to the seat, one door does not close. It was a narrow 6 bed room with a balcony but the people staying at the end of the room close to the balcony had their suitcases open on the floor all the time blocking the access to the balcony.
