The man that own it was lovely very welcoming
The only thing would be the water hammer from flushing the toilet other than that it was perfect

Location suited us.
Room was very small.
Bathroom door had to be persuaded to close. Washbasin VERY slow to empty.
Noise from other guests moving around and lift was intrusive.
