Das Abendessen sowohl als auch das Frühstück, wie auch unser Barbesuch am späten Abend waren, durchweg perfekt. Alles lecker, alles sauber, alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Weg in die Therme ist schnell gemacht und so kann man alle Angebote bestens nutzen und genießen.

Die getrennten Matratzen sind Geschmackssache und meinen Geschmack treffen sie nicht ;) aber sie tun dem im Summe kein Abbruch. Die Anleitung der Schließfächer im Badebereich hat sich uns einfach nicht erschlossen aber andere Gäste haben uns dann aufgeklärt, wie diese verschlossen werden können.

Modern well equipped hotel with nice lounge and restaurant, although not often visited by English visitors the English speaking staff were went out of their way to help and offer advice, the adjacent spa is excellent, all set in a lovely location.

To have have constructions works on the next room, drilling the wall non stop the whole morning WITHOUT PREVIOUS NOTICE or communication at all! This kinds of events must be been know prior any booking to avoid this unpleasant stay.

Sauna is empty late evening. Sauna staff Are friendly. Food quality is good.

Overcrowded, poorly managed, old unhealthy clientele.

This was our second stay here, this time as a reward at the end of our 2-week bike trip along the Elbe river. We love it here! It's luxurious without being pretentious. Everything is well thought of for your comfort. The staff are friendly and helpful. The spa and sauna are amazing. The food is great. Everything is so easy to charge to your room with the wristbands. It's one of our favorite finds since we moved to Berlin.
