Aquarius On The Beach

Fabulous location - nestled right on the Wailoalo beachfront. Theres a supermarket within walking distance, snokelling tour places, restaurants. We had an ocean view room on the 2nd floor which came with an unexpectedly large balcony. Perfect for watching the sunset/hanging out and listening to live music that plays each friday night. Staff were extremely friendly. Kitchen opened early til late. The team were able to organise airport drop off and a taxi tour to nearby attractions. Shyam - driver - drove us to the nearby Garden of the Sleeping Giants followed by the mud pool/hot springs and was lovely to have the same friendly familiar face drop us off to the airport when we left. We only had a long layover (2day 2night) and found that Aquarius on the beach had everything and was nearby everything we wanted to do/see - looking forward to coming back.

I have stayed here various times in the past, and the quality of service, cleanliness and comfort are maintained with each stay. Don't expect luxury or endless amenities at the affordable prices, but it is very clean, very comfortable and the team is hospitable.

Some noise can be heard from inside the rooms could be an issue for light sleepers. Instant coffee is the only in-site coffee options, for those that prefer barista coffee.

It was small and quiet in a good location within walking distance of some excellent restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

One night the water pump failed but that was quickly fixed. No issue with us.

Right on the beach and adjacent to other restaurant options.

Shuttle bus required. About 10-15 minutes away. A basic but friendly hotel.
