Le personnel à la réception. L'emplacement pas trop loin de l'aéroport mais nécessitant quand même un taxi pour s'y rendre. La navette pour la gare et l'aéroport, dommage que les retards d'avions ne sont pas pris en compte à minuit.
Climatisation bruyante, nous avons du l'éteindre et nous avons eu trop chaud durant la nuit.
Siphon d'Évacuation d'eau de la douche bouché. Nous étions obligé de contrôler le débit d'eau pour ne pas inonder la salle de bain. Télévision ne s'éteignent plus. Prise de courant difficile d'accès pour débrancher l'appareil. La télécommande ne fonctionnant pas pour l'arrêt. Petit déjeuner triste.

Hôtel assez moderne
Sincèrement très déçu de l état du matelas .
Étant déplorable .
En touchait les lattes tellement le matelas était usé .
On est arrivé à 23h et reparti à 9h le lendemain matin
Nous avons pas eu le courage de réclamer à minuit , d autant qu on partait , quelques heures après .

It was very convenient from Marseilles airport. We arrived late and navigated to it easily in our car. The night clerk was waiting.
There are two Holiday Inn's across the street from one another. The Express is on your LEFT.
The breakfast was good, a little bit of everything.
We had twin beds. One of the beds was missing a nightstand. The reading lamp was also missing from the wall and needs to be re installed.

Location is ideal for someone travelling and wants to sleep near the airport, but in a quiet area. The hotel in general, and also the room (sheets, towels, everything) were clean, bed was super comfortable, and the staff kind and helpful. Good internet connection. Shuttle service from the airport, and also very nice breakfast.
It is ideal for a quick overnight stay.

Tuttó quanto , sarebbe ora che gli holiday inn quelli italiani specialmente quello di Genova, vengano un po’ da queste parti a vedere come sono i loro hotel e come lavorano i loro colleghi francesi, ne avrebbero di cose da imparare. Ma per quanto riguarda il mio soggiorno qui tutto perfetto!

Proche de l'aéroport sans nuisance sonore. Navette très pratique avec horaires top. Chambre spacieuse, propre et très confortable. Hôtel vraiment agréable.
Les plats du restaurant de l'hôtel d'en face (même chaîne) conseillé par la réception était mauvais. Heureusement, le prix n'était pas trop élevé (12 euros).

Food options outside normal hours; When there are no local eating alternatives there needs to be better in house food. breakfast very basic.
The bar was very slow.... receptionist was "waiting for my colleague".

ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד. מיקום: רחוק מכל דבר, אך קרוב לשדה התעופה
פקידת הקבלה, שקיבלה אותנו ביום הראשון להגעתנו למלון, הייתה לא נחמדה אתנו וכעוסה. כמו-כן, לא דאגו להשאיר בחדר קפה ביום השני. לא הייתה מגבת פנים וידיים, למרות שביקשתי (יש בחדר מגבת אחת בלבד והיא מגבת גוף). ובנוסף, נאמר לנו על ידי הפקידה בקבלה כי ניתן לאכול במסעדה הנמצאת במרחק של כ- 500 מטרים מהמלון שלא איתרנו אותה כלל, וזאת כשבמרחק 50 מטרים מהמלון שלנו נמצאת מסעדה בתוך בניין המלון Holiday inn.

Location close to airport was excellent. Shuttle bus from airport to and from hotel runs from 5am to 12 midnight. Rooms fine size and bed very comfortable. Shower and breakfast was fab.
No USB charging ports in rooms so bring french plug adapter with you. Hotel reception were kind enough to give phone a charging boost 😁

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived after midnight to the airport and couldn't find a taxi. We called the hotel and the receptionist arranged with the hotel shuttle to come and pick us up even though it wasn't their operating time. So 10' to staff!!

It was clean, the room vas nice and the bed was very comfortable.
We waited for the shuttle for 1 hour, even though we were told it would arrive in 5 minutes. Due to this, we were to late for any restaurant.

Excellent place to stay if you have to catch an early flight in the morning! The room was better than we thought - for a short stay - comfortable, clean and quiet.
I booked a month ago and asked if a small take away breakfast is possible if we leave the hotel at 4 a.m. I received a written(!) answer - no problem, there will be sandwiches and coffee!
We arrived in the evening and asked the reception - could we really get 2 sandwiches tomorrow morning at 4 a.m., the girl said: yes, of course!
But the next morning at 4 a.m. the guy at the reception said that no breakfast is planned so early! – it's nothing that we paid for them... :(( And they didn't even apologize :((
