Lake Shkodra Resort

The resort had such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, and the location couldn’t have been better, right on the lake with beautiful surroundings. It’s the perfect place to stay before or after hiking in the mountains and a great spot to unwind. The staff were incredibly helpful in arranging transport for our trip into the mountains and were always quick and responsive over email. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

We had such a wonderful stay! The place was charming, spotless, peaceful, and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and the hosts were absolutely lovely and attentive throughout our stay. The food was really good. We enjoyed every meal! It was a real pleasure to stay here, and we enjoyed every moment. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely come back without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location by lake. Friendly charming staff. Lovely food in restaurant which was reasonably priced and available all day.

We loved the location, although they could improve the long catwalk into the lake by adding a few ladders along the way. There were seats and umbrellas, although the umbrellas couldn't be adjusted for the angle of the sun. The restaurant was always open. Although the food wasn't fabulous, it was a lovely place to sit, and the sunsets were spectacular. There were loads of swallows flying around, and lovely bird songs. The swallows seem to take care of the mosquitoes, which was wonderful.

This location is designed specifically for campers, and the facilities for them appeared to be excellent. However, the "hotel" isn't really a hotel, it is just a series of rooms in a building. The rooms are adequate, but quite small, and there isn't really a place to hang your wet towels or bathing suits. There may have been a view from the window if we had been able to open the shutters. We were provided a top sheet, but we were unable to get a blanket for the first 3 days of our stay. There is no reception desk in the hotel. The reception area is in a separate building near the hotel. However, it is open 24 hours, which could be helpful if you arrived late.
