The view is stunning and the villa is very private. It was like a cottage in heaven. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

We lad a late check in because the pool was not ready, but the hotel was kind enough to offer us a day tour and transport to the airport, which was so nice.

Exceptional view, very supporting and friendly staff, full range of in-house services, and excellent food (both breakfast and dinner). The staff always went the extra mile to keep us happy.

Geckos inside the room making noise during night. It would be ideal to have better insulation to avoid having these in the room. Also the bathroom and the room floor would need some maintenance.

The wonderful hospitality from the staff + incredible views + river valley location exceeded our expectations.

The bathrooms could use some updating; something as simple as paint and/or additional lighting could really go a long way and freshen up the space. However, if you can book at a discounted nightly rate, you will certainly not be disappointed in the value that you're getting. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

View is amazing, food was perfect. We tried the candle night dinner and everything was perfect about it.

All jungle animals can easily go inside the room. The room had so many ants we also saw a gecko on the roof just above the bed. The floating breakfast basket had so many ants which means it was dirty and not cleaned properly before they served to us. Only reception woman speaks good english, all others can only understand couple of words. Although view was amazing, but that’s only during day time, after that nothing can be seen at all. On both nights we heard frogs and other animal voices just outside our room roof or next to our pool (within our area), although they said they did fog spray, but nothing changed at all. They said that they change and clean the towels but the towels was not clean and there is a dark spots.
