We loved the staff and the facilities! There were endless things to do in the resort. The trips, clubs, water park made it an unforgettable experience. When we had a problem with water pressure in our room the lovely staff upgraded us right away.
The breakfast was really varied. We all especially loved the staff- they were amazing!!!
The original room we had was built oddly and beds weren’t very comfortable. We also had a problem with the shower. The whole place is amazing but a bit dated.. rooms and buildings.

The staff was awesome, top notch, especially the bartender at breakfast. I don’t know his name, but he was awesome. The water park wasn’t fully operational so that was a little bit of a bummer, but I would visit again and would recommend anybody else.
The underground river cruise options seemed limited… after signing up and then being denied I think that’s more my fault than anything

I like that there were little carts that could take you across the vast property. Massages were well priced. Room is spacious
Western breakfast was limited. Swimming pool was on the smaller side. Beach front is dull.
