The food was incredible. Loved the care and thought that went into it. I am allergic to shell fish which was a little problematic, but they quickly adjusted the menu so that I could be accomodated. Very sweet staff. Beautiful surroundings. Easy access to public transportation. Would stay again!

The property was exceptional. Never have we experienced something like Keiryuso Siorie. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with the highest level of service and comfort. The photos don’t do this property justice - it is incomparable. We were lucky to be there in the snow and it was an absolute delight. Only 1 hour easy drive to Matsumoto. Be sure to have the dinner prepared by the chef - it is an exceptional experience.
Nothing can be faulted. It was perfection.

The chef and team are doing their best.
Hotel is located very close to bus terminal. However when snowing days , road is not easy to walk with a heavy luggage . In this case shuttle service to pick up is necessary.
Since this hotel is far away from the main cities. Only one bus a day can be used for guests to travel . ( From Matsumoto city , arriving time is 13:01pm . It is no way for guests to check in until 15:00pm !
We arrived at 13:10pm, they didn't give us a cup of hot tea , it is not the standard way of a Japanese guest service . We didn't see their manager during our stay. The SOP of this hotel needs to be improved !
