Hostal Aslyp 114

Perfect stay, felt like home! My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Hostal Aslyp 114. It is a true gem in Barcelona! From the first moment, the staff made us feel like at home - so kind, attentive and genuinely caring. Thank you for your amazing hospitality. Our room was spotless, cozy and very comfortable. After running around Barcelona all day, it was so peaceful to come back to such a quiet and clean place. And the breakfast was delicious! Thank you for the traditional tortilla de patatas, it was amazing, and for the fresh croissants and muffins. A perfect start to the day. Great location in Eixample, close to Sants and Diagonal, very well connected to the whole city. Excellent value for money and a place with a soul. We will definitely be back. With gratitude, Natalie & partner

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful — they really made a difference during our stay. We were even allowed to leave our luggage at the reception after check-out, which was very convenient since we had a late flight. The breakfast was tasty and made with good-quality ingredients, though there were no cooked options.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was extremely disappointing. There were many hairs on the floor, a few on the bed and towels, and the shower cabin was full of mold. The windows were also very dirty. Although our room was right next to the reception, it was fairly quiet, but we could still hear noise from other rooms. For the high price we paid, I expected much better conditions. There wasn’t even any shower gel provided — only a bar of soap and a few sachets of shampoo. Overall, the staff and breakfast were the highlights, but the poor cleanliness and value for money really let the experience down.
