Casa Legend Villa & Apartments Arpora - Baga - Goa

The property is excellent, especially the well maintained big pool. Location of the property is too good for party goers, beach explorers with Baga, Arpora and Anjuna pretty close-by, though not at a walkable distance. The property shares it boundary with Doubletree by Hilton Hotel and hence quite safe and secure. There's a board at the entrance of the property saying "This is a private property, not a resort", because anyone can easily mistake the property for a resort. The Villa we stayed in was spacious, it had everything a family would need, including a washing machine. The plates, cutleries, necessary items kept inside the villa is enough to indicate the standard owner and housekeeping staff wants to maintain. I was thoroughly impressed by the housekeeping staff, led my Ms. Roselyn and followed by Jayanta and Mita. Their smiling and friendly behaviour, immediate responses to calls for help is truly appreciable. You must not miss staying in such a property and that too at a steal deal I got from booking.com.

I wish they had another bathroom as sometime for 6 people 2 bathrooms may become challenging, when in rush.

This apartment stay was great for a group of four friends. It was almost in the centre of North Goa, and most places were accessible from here with a short drive. The one-bedroom apartment with an open-plan kitchen + hall was a great place to hang out with friends. The pool was great but ideally accessible between 4pm till 6 due to the hot sun. The staff were supportive, the apartment and the campus were aesthetic and value for money. Would highly recommend this stay.

Probably the fact that they would change the linen only once every three days, which wasn't a problem for us; we were offered towels if needed, but the sun was plenty to dry our wet ones. The bathroom could have had a vent.

Spacious stay in affordable price, very good clean swimming pool.

Housekeeping has been done when we left the property for sight seeing without even informing through a phone call, it was bit un professional I felt personally, the job they done is perfect ..very clean, but in out absence just prior information through phone call would be much better approach.

It’s a really pretty property with the sweetest staff. And the local restaurant in the main compound (run by Sudha aunty) has some yum food 24*7
