L’emplacement vraiment idéal pour visiter et sortir manger dans la vieille ville. La propreté de la chambre et ses équipements (bouilloire, thé/café), la gentillesse de la voisine

Chambre plutôt petite, parfois du bruit au-dessus.

L’accoglienza della nostra vicina é stata impeccabile. Ci ha accolte con limonata e pancakes. Stanza accogliente e sanitari ottimi

We like the privacy and the self entry.

It’s not the property but the stairs to get there with summer temperatures it’s difficult. But it’s in side the walls so do sport lol.

This is a basic room, was happy to have found a hairdryer but no ironing machine. Also it gets completely dark so you can sleep I disturbed by the light.

Very late in the night I discovered the toilet hasn’t been cleaned at all and couldn’t use it until next day when I asked the owner to send the cleaning lady to clean it. In this situation an email saying sorry is not enough. I work in tourism hospitality since 12 years and I would have made a gesture towards the guest especially when he paid for 4 nights. Wall around the mirror was also dirty. Cleaning can be improved. Big window but no view. Neighbors or guests above the room can be very noisy especially in the night. You can literally hear every step they make. Pillows are very hard and pillow cases smell very strong of detergent, had to sleep without as it was difficult to breath. Key for the external door doesn’t work well as well for the light sensor. You must be fit to take the 160 of uneven stairs a few times a day to reach the room. Also, forget about this place if you have a big luggage or a heavy little one. It’s on top of a hill.
