Staff are very friendly Hotel design is very comfortable Room service staff are very cooperative Pools and aqua are always clean and reasonable

Food level considered average Furniture little bit old but no effect on the comfortable feeling

The stay was decent. Thr kids enjoyed the aqua park had a little kid section and around 6 bigger slides on it had also 1 other pool area decent size. The staff was amazing majority of them. Sayd the room keeper was so nice and helpful. Mohamed at the check in was so nice and a funny guy and the staff at the spa as well just wonderful. Had a massage and so spa treatment in the Spa was amazing.

The place is in no way 5 star not even 4, at best 3 stars. Its so old and outdated needs major repair. Even though the room was spotless clean every day, cos its so old it just looked dingy. Waterpark needed repair, kids area most of it not working properly and rusty looking . But the worst thing of it all was the food. They had different theme every day but it was the same food really repeated. The best night was egyptian food as its what they know to cook but other night was uneatable, dry, reheated flavourless food. We also tried the Asia restaurant, all 12 of us had to go to out to eat after it as no one could eat the food was made there. No flavour no taste and so dry it hurt ti eat.

For the amount of money we paid for the room definitely not a place i will go again. You are really paying for the waterpark but even then its not worse the money.

Public areas are nice, clean and comfortable. Food was tasty, but for a breakfasts still the same. Waiters, housekeepers and lifeguards are very friendly.

We get a “better” room but I think it was only bigger, not better. Bathroom, a rooms furniture looks like 20 years old, needs some maintenance.
