Without a doubt, the staff here is the happiest, most responsive, and enjoyable people you can imagine. They continuously made my stay a delight and informed me every step of the way all my questions and offered ideas to make my sightseeing even more incredible. This is a lovely family-owned hotel. Located in Lijiang old town beside one of the main streets. The hotel itself is built in the traditional Yunnan style. The bedrooms are very comfortable. Everything is very clean. My two friends and I were were all upgraded to a better room. The breakfast was a choice of noodles or bread with Chinese tea. I didn't have the noodles but the bread was a sort of french toast and came with a fried egg and a little salad. It was delish and I ate that every morning. The young lady who runs the hotel with her parents was very helpful and she helped out my friend when she needed to change her flight. The hotel will organise a taxi to the airport, if needed, for only 80 RMB. We could not speak any Chinese but they made a great effort to help us, using a translator. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Everything. The photos of the room are self-explanatory. The staff is super nice and has a lot of suggestions on how and what to explore or where to eat. The hotel is perfectly located in the old town. Thanks Joye and Kyrie for the everything!

In the center of the old Town, a very beautiful and traditional building, very calm and cosy! Huge rooms, and a very very nice and helpful team (perfectly english speaking!) We enjoyed the three nights very much! Helpful with booking bus tickets for Yangtze tigerleapinggorge trip. 100% recommandation !

Everything was perfect!

Joey and Joy with crew are the best hosts you can find. Caring, including, welcoming and correct. It's like coming home. Cozy place. 2min walk from where it all happens. This keeps it quiet but in the middle of it. Will certainly stay here when ever I go to Lijiang. Could not be more satisfied.

I need to be very picky to find anything negative. Maybe the the automatic toilet with a heated seat. It was a bit noisy. And I did not understand how the TV worked. Was not there to watch TV though but I'm addicted to news.

The hotel is small but cute. The most impressed when i was lijiang was hosted reception of the staff. His name is john. He is elderly but takes care very well. He helped me with all my requests. If you can't speak Chinese, don't be shy. He speaks English extremely well. If everyone has to go to Lijiang, choose this hotel.

I loved the wonderful owners of the inn. They were truly kind and thoughtful. I can't wait to go back.

I loved everything

This is a charming guest house in a quiet lane of the old town. What makes it exceptional is the care and support provided by Ms Cici and her family. They gave me a warm welcome and helped me to find my way around as well as to do mundane things like washing clothes. One afternoon when I came back to my room they brought me tea and chocolate cake. in addition, the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated in a traditional style. I highly recommend this guest house.

I had an amazing time during my stay here! The location was prime and I loved how hopeful the staff was in helping us plan our trip. I traveled with my dad, sister, and grandma - the staff was so friendly in the accommodations and recommending activities that were family friendly. There's also a cute dog onsite!! Definitely recommend this place and would def come again 😊

Lovely room in the middle of Lijiang old town. And the boss Cici was super helpful to help us to organize our trio to tiger leaping gorge!

Everything. The host, Cici, was wonderfully caring. She was kind to me when I was ill, and was super helpful with booking trips to nearby places.

4 plastic water bottles were provided each day. If a communal water dispenser was made available for guests to refill their water bottles, it would save on plastic.

Xixi was super helpful, answering any questions I had and arranging trips for me. The property is cosy and comfortable, in a great location. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was cozy and warm, relatively clean. All the basic facilities were there. Xixi, the owner, made us a tasty breakfast with coffee. She was also very helpful, recommending us places to go around Lijiang, and helped us with the transportation to the airport.

The room was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet area just off the main path of the old city. The location is super convenient.

The price/value was unbeatable, location was great right in the middle of Lijiang old town and Xixi (the owner) helped us organize all our sightseeing activities.

The host is extremely helpful and kind. The place is well located, and the dogs are just fantastic. She helped book trips and was always available to provide any needed help.

Floor cleaning could be a bit more frequent, but this is a minor thing in comparison to the kindness of the host.

breakfast was delicious and homemade, beds and room were comfortable, host was super helpful getting us a driver to Snow mountain and day long trip to Tiger Leaping Gorge ending in Shangri La.

the location of the hotel is in the center of the lijiang old town, which is close to almost everything, and the smart thing about this location is that it’s in the end of a small alleyway off of the main road, so it also wasn’t too loud since the main road is very busy. there also are two very cute Alaskan Shepherds, and they greet you every time you step out of the room!
