Der Pool war wunderschön, groß und sauber. Die Poolbar war toll. Das Personal war freundlich und schnell. Die Zimmer waren sehr einfach eingerichtet und sauber.

Era semana santa el personal no quería atender más no nos quisieron dar la promoción de happy hour se notaba que el mesero ya no quería atenernos no nos dijeron que el Hotel incluía cenas. para ser semana santa está muy apagado eran las 7 pm y tenían apagado el sonido en las piscinas y el mesero no nos quiso ni encender el equipo de sonido.la atención Deja mucho en que desear ya que hasta una niña ahogada hubo si hubieran tenido personal solo en la piscina para atender pudieron haber prevenido esto pero dejan muy descuidada esa el área se logra ordenar algo allí cuando pasa algún mesero de lo contrario imposible

Air conditioning unit not powerful enough

Location was great literally in front of the beach. Rooms were very clean public areas well kept. Menu was small but well prepared.

Menu could have had a few more options being that they are at sea could have had more sea food.

We live in the city and head to the beach whenever we can. This was a long weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was nice and the on-site restaurant has some good dining options (in particular the signature dish). It's also the only hotel in Guatemala we know of with a working pool bar. Prices are amazing.

With this being a long weekend, towards the second half of Sunday the (large) pool was crowded (they offer day access) and started to change its colour. Also, especially then we would have loft a nice private outdoor seating option for our bedroom as everything was so crowded. So I guess we'll be back, but rather during a normal weekend.

Wonderful, friendly and courteous staff.

Breakfast was okay

Breakfast should be included in the price just like other hotels, there’s no tv in the rooms, the staff is good the place is clean but I had something to ate seafood and got sick went to see a pharmacist and told me it was parasites had to buy antibiotics to get good, was vomiting and diarrhea the whole night and then in the morning they cut my electric service for two hours and the water so I couldn’t shower and end up using the public bathroom downstairs, so I will no be coming back to this place very disappointed ☹️

very expensive, food not the best, bathroom is old - needs repair, many drunk people, pool was dirty - water colour was grey. stayed at this property 4 years ago and it was certainly much better than now. The new owner doesn’t look after the place or create an atmosphere for holiday goers.
