The service was beyond outstanding. I travelled alone with my four year old son which can be a struggle but the staff were beyond helpful in engaging with him while I was checking in and at various points when I needed to focus on making arrangements.

The pool was not child-friendly, as it was 1.3 m throughout, but this is more of personal expectations rather than a problem with the hotel.

The room was fantastic and the bed was comfy, housekeeping was clean. Room service was timely and went to extra lengths on requests

Checking in very early in the morning and they gave us a room immediately which was great, however when checking out, it took a long time to do so. When we came to reception it took more than 15 minutes to wait for the bill to be printed even though there was only 1-2 guests. So we decided to go eat first and I asked reception to print the bill so when we came back it would be ready and we could pay and immediately leave. When we returned this was not done and worse, we had to wait another 25 minutes since they said the system had a technical problem. At this point we were almost late to catch our flight. A disappointing end to a lovely stay.

Location in Central easily connectable to everywhere especially to Landmark, IFC, Soho within short minute of walk. Comfy bedding & pillows. Giant bathtub. Dyptique amenities. Caring staffs.

No view as it's located in Central surrounded other buildings. Needed to shade down all day for privacy. Pricey week with Art Basel.
