Location. View from balcony and around the grounds. When there was a problem with tv remote it was attended to very promptly!
It was a little hot. We acknowledged the request not to have the air conditioning set lower than 23 degrees but found this was not cool enough

Location is what wins this place over and the access to all the pools. It was great for a young family who just need easy access to the beach and toddler pool.
Unfortunately there were cockroaches in the apartment which made for an unpleasant feeling. We even found one in the freezer! It was a basic stay which is fine for a family but overall the place was tired and in need of some love. How hard is it to replace basic couch cushions with some fresh ones? They were stained and dirty. Also in need of a deep clean. Perhaps it hasn't been used in awhile.
