Great location in the old town

Honest review. Broken toilet flush that didn't get fixed for the whole 9 nights we were there! Even though plumber was promised. Found broken bed leg on 1st night that made the bed collapse into the middle due to rusty joint. Had to sleep on the mattress on the floor. Owner denied knowledge but a previous review from a couple of weeks ago also mentioned broken bed leg so Owner must have been aware. Owner tried to fob us off with 1 night refund. Disappointing! Shower screen rusty and dirty, grout on tiles filthy. Great location but this place really needs money spending on it. It's a shame because it could be a great little studio.

bed wasn’t very comfortable

Excellent location in the heart of old Antibes, close to the marche provencal. The lady that came to manage my arrival and departure was perfectly reliable and friendly.

Overall the studio is a bit run down and would benefit from some maintenance. The bed isn't very comfortable and the rest of the furniture can only be described as 'basic'. There's quite a bit of noise from a fan on a roof outside the studio, but the double glazing does do a reasonable job of cutting that out.

Everything perfect! The apartment is in the best location possible in the old town with all facilities around, inlcuding the amazing marché provençal. Beaches are super close (3 mins walk). The owner and Farida (the lady that welcomed us) have been amazing and took care of everything.

Only minor thing to signal, the entry of the toilette was a bit short for a tall person and being 1,90 tall did not help. But this is really nothing compared to all the advantages that this place has.

Antibes itself is very nice, the apertment is in good location in the downtown.

The pictures have shown a nice apartment, but in the reality evetything were dusty, worn! Dirty and stinky refrigerator, dirty lamps, dirty curtain above the bed, rotting furniture in the bathroom. Climate unit as it has never ever cleaned (it has smell when you switch it on. Backside of the tv is looks like which laid on the wet sandy beach. Gray color towels, lime or something on the bathroom walls. Dirty toaster and water boiler. The bottle of wc cleaner also dusty as never were used. We got one dust bag for a week, there were no toilet paper, paper hand towel. Big overhaul requierd asap! See attached picture, unfortunately it will not give back everything. Who's care about cleanliness, don't choose this apartment until get evidence for that!
