I have been staying at the Fedha for several years and it is sad to see how in that time it has fallen into disrepair from lack of maintenance. threadbare bedding / lack of bedding / threadbare towels / poorly equipped kitchens.

The breakfast was good enough though sometimes it could be a little cold. The location was very superb plus the receptionists have a high level of customer care because they made our stay superb. All the time they were at our beck and call and helped us to know which places to visit. We were made to feel at home all the time we were at this residence.

Try as I may, its a little hard to find anything that discomforted us. Our stay was very good for the days we pent at the residence and we cannot in any way complain.

The best part about the facility is the location. It's just next to Yaya centre. Connection to both public and private transport is great. The staff were quiet friendly, from the security guards to the receptionists. Plus it's in a safe quiet environment. Ooh and the showers have hot water too.

Although relatively clean, the window sills in both bathroom and bed area were pretty dusty, the toilet needs replacing it's a little old and brown on the inside. On both occasions that I was there there were no bath mats, I had to use one of the little towels for the floor. Plus the bed though single size was a bit small for an adult. Also I think more bedding would be ok as temperatures drop at night and there is no central heating in the room. I also noticed that I was given a room without a peep hole on the door for extra security, something I consider important.

The sofa was too low,old and not comfortable Two of the The dining table chairs( legs) were very loose.

The location was great and very close to my workplace.

The bed was too small and was the room.
