Very nice staff and hospitality great. Lucy was very helpful with recommendation for food and anything we liked, the breakfast served each morning at the time we wanted and the clothes washing was extra nice. Thanks to all of you!

the outdoor area upstairs is in need of some cleaning - only down side to the facility, but this is also not area that you are staying to much in the house.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Chiang Mai! The accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. The entire house was spotlessly clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything we needed—and more. On top of that, there were plenty of extra entertainment facilities that made our stay even more enjoyable. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Lucy, who went above and beyond to take care of us. She ensured flexibility with our breakfast options, adjusting the timing and menu to suit each member of our group’s preferences. She also shared plenty of helpful local information, assisted us in arranging transportation, and showed genuine care when one of our group members wasn’t feeling well—just like a family member would. Lucy’s thoughtful and attentive care truly made us feel at home and left every one of us deeply touched. We are incredibly grateful for her kindness and hospitality, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. It’s a perfect stay in every sense of the word!
