The room (clean, spatious and confortable), clise to the beach, friendly staff
The garbage bin in front of the property was full most timesc. Garbage was actually next to the bean and in front of the hotel as well. The private beach was not very clean either.

Great stay, first line to the sea! Kept the door opened all night and could hear the sea. Nice and comfy parent with jacuzzi. Excellent amenities, our kid just loved the jacuzzi :). The gym, sauna and salty room has been a very nice surprise and we have used it we during hot noon time when you can’t stay outside. Breakfast was ok; it served at the Nautic Sport Club just cross the street, but not in the hotel. Definitely, we’ll come back any time soon

The customer service was excellent, we were particularly impressed by the staff working in the restaurant area. Also, while this is a family location, and there were many children around, the general vibe was very nice and peaceful

Good hotel.. restaurant on the beach.. nice sunbeds and quite a lot of them, enough for all guests. Food is good. Entertainment for the kids.. playground.. all you need to have your child busy :)
I really really did not liked the club next to hotel with extreme loud music during the night. Not hotel's fault but quite unpleasant during the night

It was the same good stay we have had 3 years ago here, people here appreciate customers and take good care that they come back. We have had a great breakfast, nice and clean room every day sheets changed, towels, sauna within package and game room access, kids were delighted. We will come back again to this location that is so different than all other Romanian hotels in all the good ways. Thks for the stay 💝

The hotel is located at the north part of Mamaia, its a family area, really quiet and nice.
Most of the staff in the hotel do not speak English, so if you dont know Romanian, you might have a bad time

The resort is excellent for children. The food is very good and with a lot of options, the kids menu is great. Also, having entertaiment for kids 4 times per week is a great idea.
I cannot find something that we didn't like.

Very clean and nice beaches. For a beach in Romania, the fact that the seat on the beach and the mattress are included in the room price is a good top point!
The room was big, and very clean.
Food was very good!
Personnel was young and friendly!

The shower had half a door and when we were using it, all the water was all over the bathroom
Music could be a bit lower in the restaurant and on the beach
The location has a lot of construction sites, I can understand is not the fault of the hotel

almost everything was ok, some small issues with the coffee machine in the morning,

quiet area, clean. the personal was nice and helped us with opening the gym earlier in the morning.
breakfast was not very accommodating for vegans. but again the personal have helped us .

Great rooms, fantastic breakfast and a really good restaurant. We had a wonderful stay and the kids loved to play at the playground. We will definitely recommend it to our friends.
