Property has apparently been renovated but poorly so. Was more than adequate for our stay.

Clean property in a gated community. Although we did not roam the local area we felt safe in the house (so I can’t really speak too much about the location or neighborhood). We stayed here for a graduation ceremony at Lackland Air Force Base (which is approximately 15 minutes away). Coming from NY it was great for us that they provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with bedding and towels. We would stay here again.

The house, the beds, etc were all great. No issues. We thought we ran outnof toilet paper, but by the time we found it, they'd already brought us some!
Water pressure was good.
We didn't use the backyard.
We didn't cook.
The towels are kind of scratchy, but otherwise good and we had plenty.
The pool closed the day before we were leaving, and after being out all day in the heat, we were all looking forward to swimming in the evening. The girls were devastated.
There are MULTIPLE places with repetitive notes, mainly about not taking makeup off with towels/washcloths.
There was a load of sheets in the dryer from assuming previous renter or cleaners.
We werent really.impressed with the owners..they made sure to send multiple messages with their names and phone numbers, however, response time on the first text was a full day later, and the 2nd time was almost an hour later. Wouldn’t say they were friendly.
All in all, good stay, good neighborhood, everything labeled well, and rules were clear, and the beds were comfortable. Not sure if we'd stay in this same place again, but would consider.

This house had everything we needed and more, the house had plenty of room for 5. We always cook while in vacation and we had all needed items for cooking including spices which was an added bonus. We enjoyed the pool since we had hot weather.

Everything was so easy with this rental. We received a nice text early in the morning of our arrival that gave us the details for checking in.
This location is easy to get in and out of and convenient to all of the sites you want to see. The gated community is a cherry on top. The condo is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our teenagers had their own space and enjoyed the pool when we were there.
This has every comfort of home. The bedding is comfortable and the sofas are cozy. It was nice washing our clothes and coming home from vacation and not having to do laundry.
I cannot express how attentive and responsive the hosts are.
We will definitely stay at this place again when we travel back to San Antonio.

Many signs on the refrigerator and throughout the home explaining just what I needed to know PLUS the binder. The one thing that took me a couple minutes was to locate the kitchen trash can (inside the utility closet). Owner communicated before we checked in as well as at the end of our stay. The driving directions (gated community) were spot on. Loved the lock on the door that automatically locked every time we left. No key worries or remembering to punch in "lock". Quiet neighborhood near my daughter's condo so perfect for us. Dining table seats 6 so great for playing games/cards when we were all together.

We visited San Antonio to attend my niece’s BMT graduation from the Air Force. The property was conveniently located and very accommodating. Everything was exactly as advertised. The property was very nice and clean…. well maintained. The owner’s communication was great. I’d love to stay at this location again when visiting San Antonio.

We were there to see our airman graduate so it was a short stay but a stay we enjoyed. Close to the airport and Lackland. Very comfy beds, clean house and everything you need to make your stay easy and enjoyable! Communication was great with hosts and we couldn't be happier. Thanks for sharing your home! Would definitely book again if we are in the area!

The house appeared exactly as it looked in the pictures. It was clean and well organized. The private backyard is nice, but there is no grass for dogs to use the restroom. I really loved that the house was within a gated community and there were no loose dogs (I brought my dog on this trip). I also liked that the place had a washer and dryer with detergent available for use. I would recommend this home if you are looking for a quiet place to stay with family/ friends.
Only recommendation is that they upgrade kitchenware; the pans were worn out.

We had 6 grown adults in this spacious, clean and comfortable townhome. I liked the gated community and the king sized beds. The home included everything we needed and I especially liked the full size washer dryer. Very responsive owners and a lovely stay. We'll be back!

We arrived to a slight hiccup, however, David and Ronny were incredible. They fixed everything immediately. We really enjoyed the property, and it was super conveniently located for everything we went to. I highly recommend this property.

Family visit
We rented this house because of the proximity to my parent's house. My father had recently been in the hospital and needed a place to stay nearby while we visited. The home was perfect for our family of 5 which included 3 teenagers. Everyone had a nice comfortable bed to sleep in and enough space to relax. The community pool was an added bonus. The gated community was very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable townhouse in a quiet gated neighborhood. The interior is lovely as shown in the photos, and it works well for a group of 6-8 people.
The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond when we had questions, and check in and check out were very easy.
I highly recommend this property for anyone coming to this area in San Antonio!

Beautiful, chic townhouse near med center
This is a beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable townhouse in a quiet gated neighborhood. The interior is lovely as shown in the photos, and it works well for a group of 6-8 people.
The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond when we had questions, and check in and check out were very easy.
I highly recommend this property for anyone coming to this area in San Antonio!

Location was close to anything else we needed like gas station with convenient store, food for delivery and pickup. To top it all off house was gorgeous. Beautifully decorated, everything we needed was there, most comfortable beds and pillows and even had to order myself some of the same on our drive home. Home owners were fast with contact and we will stay here again if back in the area. Thanks guys!!

The townhouse was spacious for 6 adults with very comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen and laundry. It was clean and in a gated area which made it safe. We had a very pleasant stay.
