Amazing location

They charged me more than what was promised on bookings when i booked the hotel. There are no windows - very hot in the rooms Not a 4 stars hotel.

Air conditioning is recommended as well as minibar on the rooms.

I like the hotel, it's cute and cozy. It has 2 beds. Upper and lower floor. Ideal for small families

Theres only one small window and mosquitoes can come in at night. The upper part gets very hot. What I didn't like was the noisy neighbors from the nearby club and the people walking through downtown. It has to do with the location really not with staff and service.

The rooms are large and very comfortable. Hot water and internet are strong. The beds are very comfortable. Location is very good.

Customer service was adequate, and that was disappointing for us because when we last visited in January 2019, it was absolutely outstanding. Value was much better too. In 2019 we paid $80 for each room. Our cost three years later was $125. In 2019 we were offered a welcome drink, a delicious breakfast on the house and secure free parking. None of that was offered this time. It is a lovely hotel, but we probably won’t return.

Only location and nice bed is what I can tell is ok

Had water issues no hot water and no one to fix it, front office left unattended for the whole afternoon until next day it was chaos for the amount paid I expected more amenities
