The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

Our room was noisy. We think we had staff staying above us who finished late and started early and who were noisy slamming doors and stomping on the floor.

The staff were noticeably friendly and attentive. Comfortable beds and great showers.

The rooms, while comfortable and nice to be in, could be made even better with a bit more decor.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff were good but mostly young and inexperienced. Some stood around while guests were obviously waiting for orders to be taken. Friendly

Stayed in the hotel last year and had a wonderful room with amazing staff and food. This year we had to pay quite a bit more amd when shown to our room, it was beautiful but had a view of a pebble dash wall a few metres away. This obscured the vast majority of our view. When we asked if we could move to another room, the staff at reception offered us another 5 rooms to choose from, each with views of the tress and gardens. Why we were not allocated a room like this in the first place when so many were available is beyond me. Let us not feeling valued as guests at all. Will not return based on this experience.
