Close to everything , good variety of activities for the kids , clean and tidy, great staff, easy checkin

The grounds were not lit for kids to run around after dark

We loved that there were activities for the kids to do, they were able to roam the park. It was the perfect size not too big or small. Perfectly located and kids were able to chill and relax which made it a great trip

Cleanliness and Activities

Excellent facilities, especially if you've got little kids. Lots of play options within the caravan park itself. Nice spa. Well maintained grounds. Very clean. Easy to check in and check out. Nice staff. Cabin in working order, good water pressure in the shower.

The location. The park is right next to the racecourse - noisy announcements, call outs, and strong stable/horse poo smell. Not a problem if you don't mind that! It's also a street or so away from a train track, so it's loud at times (more noticeable in the evening). This one is not on the park, but we had a noisy neighbour who whooped for hours on end, day and night, for days. It became bothersome in the evening when our family was trying to sleep. The pool was meant to be heated (?), but too cold for a swim for low to mid 20s temperature.
