The facilities and the staff were amazing

Everything was perfect specially Mrs / Maria Sarofeem she was very helpful since the arrival time till the end of our perfect vacation, it was pleasure to be in hotel where Mrs/ Maria works

Special thanks to Mr. Hassan in the reception, Mr. AbdelNasser in the Mongolian restaurant, Chef Khaled in the Japanese restaurant & Mahmoud in room service
Differentiation between Egyptian & Foreigners in the treatment, lot of Mosquitoes, no conditioners & body lotions in rooms
