We were greeted by a very friendly host exactly as we arrived.

Nothing, everything was great! The location and accommodation are great.

Clean, spacious, friendly host

The apartment is in a great location, with two bedrooms, and matches the description fairly well, although it’s a bit older than it appears in the photos. Both hosts were helpful and responsive during check-in. The beds were reasonably comfortable, although the double bed is quite narrow for two tall people.

However, we experienced several issues during our stay: 1. There were ants in the apartment. A spray was provided, but we were expected to use it themselves. 2. The toilet is not properly fixed to the floor and moves when used. 3. The shower drains slowly, causing water to build up while showering. 4. There is no elevator. If you are traveling with children, we recommend asking for an apartment on the first floor. We had to carry the stroller up and down the stairs. 5. The main entrance door do not lock with a key—just a push-to-close system, which doesn’t feel secure. 6. There is only one key for the main gate, so we had to go back and forth several times when going out, as there was no access code—just one chip for four people. Another major issue was the noise. We experienced a lot of loud disturbances from other guests in the building who did not respect quiet hours. We went to sleep and woke up to the sound of loud door slamming, which even frightened our child.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to the sights, and transportation links. In the property: high ceilings, beautiful French doors for windows leading to balcony overlooking the aesthetic alley way The host was very helpful

The microwave did not work- it just wouldn't heat anything up. Very out-dated TV. There were two sofa beds. We were told not to use the older one for sleeping as it is not that comfortable. As for its use as a sofa to sit on, its really old and id recommend changing it. The other sofa bed in which we used as a bed, this was inadequate too, as the extension (to make it into a 'bed'), was dislodged, and there was no way to keep it connected to the sofa. [I had to keep it in place by clamping it in place by lodging the other sofa next to it, so that it doesnt move around during sleep]. The shower drain- the water accumulates quickly, and takes a while for it to run down the drain. The size of the apartment is small, I didn't anticipate it to be that small. There was a smell of sewage in the toilet from time to time- assuming this is normal around the apartment block. Very basic monotone layout We were out all day and spent very little time in the apartment, however if you are wanting to spend more time in your place, I wouldn't recommend this, especially with children.
