Where to start. Everything about this place was amazing - location, view, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen.
The hot water tank doesn’t even fill the spa. Wouldn’t recommend having a spa as not only does it not give you a full tub of water that is warm enough, you can’t have a warm shower for 90 mins afterwards.

The location being central in Montville
It was quite noisy throughout the day & early morning being so close to the edge cafe.

Everything really.
An oven would be a good addition for the kitchen and although it's trivial there were no coasters for the coffee table.

It was big
The building is in serious need of maintenance. Verandah rails with dry rot. Parking under building and had to carry luggage up 2 floors
Not enough room to store groceries., no pantry .
Needs a washing machine, plenty of room for it
