Coqui è una villa sul lato scogliera recentemente ristrutturata, arroccata a 50 piedi sopra le brillanti acque blu del Pillsbury Sound che domina St. Tommaso. Chiamato per il suono prodotto da St. dolcemente cinguettio raganelle di Giovanni, Coqui combina il fascino dell'isola e la comodità moderna in una casa vacanza perfetta. Coqui offre tutti i comfort moderni tra cui l'aria condizionata. Le tre camere da letto di peluche sono pieni di piastrelle italiane importato e riccamente brunito legno duro tropicale, e ciascuno si affaccia su quei panorami spettacolari.
Situato sulla costa sud-occidentale dell'isola, Coqui comanda brezze costanti con un'incomparabile vista panoramica a 180 gradi che ti toglierà il fiato. Tranquilla e privata, questa bella casa si trova a breve distanza in auto dai negozi, ristoranti e locali notturni di Cruz Bay. E 'anche solo a breve distanza dalle spiagge ineguagliabili della North Shore. I loved this house. The view from the huge deck and pool looks out to St Thomas and you get a perfect view of the sunset. You get complete privacy and everything is well stocked and instantly comfortable. The Tesla generator was seamless because the power did go out unfortunately. The location is perfect, 6 minutes to town. Just note, there are 2 bedrooms downstairs which are only accessible from the outside. It worked perfect for our group, but would not work for small children. I hope to return very soon!

The home itself is beyond beautiful, with fabulous views of the Caribbean. The pool area was awesome, and gathering areas ideal. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We absolutely loved this home. We were also greeted by a super sweet host who guided us to the villa and took the time to share lots of insights about the beaches and St John.

Our stay at Coqui far exceeded our expectations! The view is far more amazing than the pictures can show! The house is spacious and comfortable. The pool was a great spot for a sunset dip after a day of exploring the island - so many amazing places to spend time. Tips: Driving in from Cruz Bay, you will pass 2 grocery stores on the way to Coqui! Either can provide plenty of supplies to get you through the first few days. You'll want to explore some of the restaurants - every place we called was open to carry-out (and most were open for in-person seating, should you want that). We recommend a Jeep. The island has many steep hills, including the driveway to Coqui!We are already planning a return trip!
