The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pool was in poor condition and needs an upgrade and the location was a bit out of the way.

The room was clean and a great view from my suite. The pool was lovely, as were the staff. I would absolutely stay here again and Kep is a great little town.

Loved the view up into the hills from the balcony with on one overlooking us. Clean, comfortable room. Poolside bar was good and staff friendly. Plenty of sun loungers.

Some pool tiles need replacing.

The location was great, the staff was helpful. The hotel itself is really good, with big rooms, but very dated.

Showers were lousy. It wasn't possible to have a shower. The staff doesn't know what to do. There was no manager who could take responsibility. During half an hour, we were begging to call the manager or owner, and only when we mentioned police, we were able to talk to the owner. Everything I wanted, just a working shower. It wasn't possible to get in my room category. When I mentioned upgrading, I was told, "It's another price for it." Unexpectedly, later, I got an ocean view room with a better (but not good) shower. The furniture is very old and chubby. The wardrobe door makes a hard noise while opening or closing it.
