Hotel is super clean and well decorated. Most importantly, air conditioner is available for the hot summer. We really appreciated that. Also the hotel owner is super nice and gave us a lot of helpful information.

The space for breakfast is a bit small.

The hotel is nicely decorated, the staff is superbly helpful and nice, the breakfast is good, the location is perfect. Having a room facing the main street was no problem at all as the windows were quite good.

If I had to pick one less good thing, I would say that the wi-fi was unstable one day or two for iphones (in my Surface worked pretty fine though, I even had a professional video call during my stay).

Should have 1 trash can in the room instead of the only one in the bathroom We had the Rubidio room which overlooks the streets and it’s quite noisy very early in the morning (maybe since 5-6am) with car and constructing noises.

The property is beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout and there is a scent that permeates the property from the moment you walk in. The room is spacious and comfortable. We were impressed by the luxurious bath products (Malin and Goetz). It is ideally situated in Ciutadella, perfect base to explore the island. The breakfasts were delicious (high quality it products), made with care and the coffee was excellent (it included lactose-free alternatives). The staff were kind and accommodating. They prepared breakfast for us on our last day at a slightly earlier time so that we could get to the airport. All in all, a wonderful stay with wonderful people that care about what they do.

Awesome stay. The hotel is located just in the perfect place of Ciutadella. You could park the car on the main avenue on the evenings -if you find the spot- and walk 2m to be in the Cathedral. The breakfast is superb. Not the classic buffet, but instead a healthy, balanced -but filling!- breakfast. There was one day where I couldnt finish it as it was too much. And bonus to have it in the square, under the sun-or the shade, that's at your wish-, while enjoying the atmosphere of the city. Pierangela is a superb host and she was on top of us to ensure we had a perfect stay in Menorca.

Parking. But lot of spaces nearby. And as said, if you're lucky you may park just in front of the door.

Modern, nicely looking comfortable rooms. Totally soundproof rooms allow you to rest at night properly even though the hotel is located near a lively town square.

The breakfast is not located in the hotel restaurant. You need to queue up with non-guests for a table which sometimes might be a long experience. The breakfast options for hotel guests are also limited and it is quite weird to see other people eating something you are not allowed as a hotel guest :(

Not a lot. Terrace was smaller than expected, seats not comfortable and too low to enjoy the view, and price seems too high compared to other hotels.

The room is very spatious, modern, clean, and I loved the surroundings going up to the room, with all the plants and everything, and the outdoor seating area with all the wood, it's very pretty. The whole decor is very nice, lots of attention to details, bed was comfortable, plenty of plugs around. Pierangela was super nice, very accomodating and communication was great both before and during my stay. The location really can't be beat, it's right in the middel of town, so very convenient. Check-in and check-out were also very convenient, couldn't fault it, really. Breakfast was brought to my door every morning, just place the order through Whatsapp the night before, so that was a nice touch, and a good way to start the day.

As is common in Spanish accommodation, there was no heat in the bathroom. Which was just about doable because I got lucky and got a very hot week, but if you're unlucky with the weather, I can imagine it getting pretty cold. The room/outdoor seating area is also a little dark, because it's tucked away in between the buildings, so you can't really see what kind of weather it's going to be, but I imagine this would be a big plus in summer because it also won't get very hot inside. WiFi was not super stable, but all in all it was alright.

Everything excellent! Highly recommended! I can't tell anything negative. The excellent decoration taste is a combination of Ciutadella's character and design furniture and modern contemporary furniture and decoration complements with an exquisite taste. Congratulations!
