It is easy, keys are picked up at the close-by Crown Plaza hotel, which has a very friendly and service-minded reception desk.
All good, no issues.

The keys are collected at a hotel close by the location. Friendly and helpful staff
The keys to the front door of the property did not work, asked for a replacement, but it was never delivered. I later asked for the access code to the parking area gate, and was able to enter the building that way.

Great location & rooms were a good size with everything you could need for a short stay.
Staff were incredibly helpful and assisted me with my luggage.
Could have been some bin liners / black sacks in the accommodation to put rubbish in.

Good location and size.
Layout of kitchen area could have been better with a small sofa instead of a desk which was pointless right by a dining table which used the same dining chair anyway. Strong musty smell in the property, could do with sorting. Mould on the shower tiles, that could easily be sorted with the bit of mould spray. Balcony covered in cigarette ends which should have been disposed of before arrival of guests especially when travelling with children.
