I’ve been staying at Naylover Suites & Hotels whenever I’m in Amman since 2017, and it has consistently felt like a home away from home. The rooms are always exceptionally clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade during my recent stay. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, especially Ahmad, whose friendliness and professionalism always make the experience even better. After so many years, Naylover remains my first choice in Amman.

Good location and overall a decent stay. Most staff were friendly.
However, I was not informed that housekeeping ends at 3:00 PM. When I asked at 3:10 PM, it was refused. The housekeeping manager was rude and unprofessional. Guests should be informed of this policy in advance.
