Swimming pool and beach and kid lounge

The location is a bit far away to downtown and no suitable pavement to walk to any convenient store

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! It was my first time in this Hotel with my family. I have high expectations as first impression. The hotel have failed me by K Tippy she’s a Front Office Manager 1. I informed her that my son has found a cigarette behind of the curtain in the room. He is 7 years old and innocent. I was shocked, under expectations to found this thing happened in this hotel! 2. The blow dryer was broken. I plugged it in with electric shot with flashlight in and out with the wet floor 😳 Me&my daughter and my son were socking wet. We couldn’t dries hairs unfortunately. That was so unsecured and no safety! 3. I have found myself on day 2 that I have red bumps all over on my body also my husband have the same symptoms. It was very itchy! I assume it was bug bed! Couldn’t be something else! What a shame! However, I am sure it could be some mistakes that the hotel definitely didn’t expect to happen but I would like to hear the response of the manager’s actions with a good spirit of service. She has spoken to me with an aggressive tone of voice which is I was disappointed! They have failed how to handle with problems. Although, the staff and the property are nice!

nice hotel good staff decent food

location was terrible. once you left the hotel you were on a highway. it was the april festival so taxis took 30-60 mins to come. some time it took 20-30 mins to have your grab accepted. the nearest 7-11 is a one Km walk. the nearest outside massage place is much further. it was boiling so long walks were not fun. similarly there is only one restraunt near by (10-15 min walk), which although nice is not enough.

Proximity to the beach and the beach is very clean. Two big pools and nice pool bar. Private pool in the villa was perfect and quite big.

Beds are too soft to my liking.

The hotel is beautiful! I loved the pools and decor. Drink/Cocktail prices were reasonable. Breakfast was amazing! The staff were attentive, helpful and made the experience so much more fabulous! I miss being there already!

There was a cockroach in the room on the second night and the lunch food isn't as tasty as the breakfast.

Open and relaxing atmosphere. Super clean everywhere. Vast choice of food and drinks at breakfast. Love Harnn products available at every public restrooms and spa. Staff at the reception are polite and accommodating. Amazing pool with relaxing sea view.

Pebbles Bar and Grill - staff are very nice, but main courses weren’t so impressive. 609 Kitchen - Despite the amazing breakfast, lunch menu (particularly pad thai) wasn’t so good, which was a little disappointing. Apple crumbles was very good though.

Had a wonderful stay. Outstanding staff. Always polite and ready to help. A good sized and clean room. Definitely recommendable.

very spacious and well equipped family suite, situated next to the pool area and very close to the beach. the resort is beautiful and quiet and definitely an ideal for families with kids or elderly.
