Jean-Luc really looked after us and was easily accessible before, during and after our stay. A great host who gave lots of tips about where to go and what to see. The apartment is lovely and well appointed with everything you need for a short stay. It's also very well located for all the sights while feeling like you're in beside real Venetians at the same time. We'd really recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Venice. Just perfect for what we needed. The welcome bottle of prosecco was a lovely touch. We only had breakfast each morning but kitchen had all essentials if you want to cook. Jean- Luc as host was brilliant. Extremely easy to deal with and fabulous recommendations. 3 days was not enough and so we will be back and will definitely stay here.

"This charming little efficiency studio is located in a neighborhood that gives you a sense of normal Venetian life and that has very convenient access walking and by vaporetto (boat) to the major historical and tourist sites, also a ten minute walk to the boat service to and from Marco Polo airport. Basic services you may need are within very easy walking distance -- the post, a computer office with access to the internet, a local bakery where you can also purchase drinks (coffee, tea, juice,etc.)to keep in the apartment kitchen, and a variety of eating spots for a quick breakfast, coffee, drink or bite to eat. The apartment was clean and well organized. It is on street level (no view), a little chatter occasionally from pedestrians passing by - part of the local charm - but not disturbing as there are no cars in Venice and it is on a side street tucked away. The owner was very accommodating and available by phone and email to answer questions and give suggestions on places to enjoy in Venice. We would definitely stay there again."
